近日,由北方股(gu)份公司及(ji)相(xiang)關(guan)單位(wei)共(gong)同完成(cheng)的“電動輪礦用車電驅(qu)動系(xi)統關(guan)鍵技(ji)術及(ji)整(zheng)車集(ji)成(cheng)研(yan)(yan)制”和“TR50E純電動礦用自卸(xie)車研(yan)(yan)制”的兩個項目參(can)加了(le)中(zhong)國工(gong)程機械工(gong)業(ye)協會科技(ji)成(cheng)果鑒定會。 由中國工程院邵(shao)安林院士擔任組(zu)長,聯合協會、兵器推廣所、國家工程機械質量檢驗檢測中心、同(tong)濟(ji)大學、中國礦業大學、太原科技大學等(deng)單位的(de)行業權威專(zhuan)家組(zu)成的(de)鑒定委員會參加了現場科技成果鑒定。 由中國兵(bing)器工業集團首(shou)席科學家李來平(ping)等人組成的項目組現(xian)場(chang)進行了匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)和答(da)疑(yi)。專家經(jing)過聽取(qu)匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)、審查相關資(zi)料(liao)、質詢和討論,鑒定(ding)委員會認為,兩個(ge)項目創新性強,技術難(nan)度(du)大(da),具有自主知識產權,整(zheng)體(ti)技術達到國際(ji)先進水(shui)平(ping),部分(fen)指(zhi)標國際(ji)領先。 電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪礦(kuang)用(yong)車(che)(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統關鍵技術及整車(che)(che)(che)集成研制(zhi)開(kai)發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)100—400噸級電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪礦(kuang)用(yong)車(che)(che)(che)系(xi)列(lie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統,突破(po)了(le)(le)(le)整車(che)(che)(che)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)匹(pi)配(pei)及控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)方(fang)法,實現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)(le)全交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統國產自主可(ke)控(kong)(kong);發(fa)明(ming)了(le)(le)(le)礦(kuang)用(yong)車(che)(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統及其(qi)使用(yong)方(fang)法、無人駕駛礦(kuang)用(yong)自卸車(che)(che)(che)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置及其(qi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)法,提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統安全性等;TR50E純電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)礦(kuang)用(yong)車(che)(che)(che)優化了(le)(le)(le)純電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)礦(kuang)用(yong)自卸車(che)(che)(che)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)策略,解決(jue)了(le)(le)(le)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機出(chu)現(xian)(xian)的拖動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)現(xian)(xian)象,提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)濕滑路面的附著能力(li)和坡道行駛安全性;開(kai)發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)定(ding)時(shi)加熱系(xi)統,實現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)(le)純電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)礦(kuang)用(yong)自卸車(che)(che)(che)在寒冷(leng)環境(jing)即(ji)時(shi)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。 作為中(zhong)國礦(kuang)(kuang)車(che)龍(long)頭企(qi)業之一,近(jin)年來,北(bei)方股份公司為了滿足綠(lv)色生態礦(kuang)(kuang)山建設要求,致力(li)于推進綠(lv)色化發展,推動礦(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)車(che)動力(li)多元(yuan)化,成功研發了雙能源(架線)動力(li)礦(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)車(che)、混(hun)合動力(li)(油電(dian)混(hun)動、氫(qing)燃料電(dian)池-動力(li)電(dian)池混(hun)動)礦(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)車(che)和純電(dian)動礦(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)車(che),為行業綠(lv)色化發展作出了突(tu)出的貢獻。(記者 格日勒(le)圖 實習生 馬(ma)蘭(lan) 王曉婷) |
