  吳志鴻(hong), 1972年(nian)3月出生,中(zhong)共黨員,研究員級(ji)高(gao)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師(shi),現(xian)為(wei)內蒙古(gu)北方重工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業集(ji)團有(you)限(xian)公司技(ji)術(shu)中(zhong)心(xin)計量理(li)(li)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研究所(suo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)與失效分析(xi)員。同事們都稱(cheng)她(ta)(ta)為(wei)“吳老師(shi)”,因為(wei)大(da)家常說,在(zai)整個理(li)(li)化(hua)(hua)(hua)中(zhong)心(xin)樓(lou)里(li),大(da)多數職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都是由(you)吳老師(shi)親自(zi)帶(dai)出來的(de)。吳志鴻(hong)于(yu)1994年(nian)從內蒙古(gu)師(shi)范大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)系畢業,來到內蒙古(gu)北方重工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業集(ji)團有(you)限(xian)公司理(li)(li)化(hua)(hua)(hua)檢測中(zhong)心(xin)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)室工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,從學(xue)(xue)(xue)校到工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang),她(ta)(ta)發(fa)現(xian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)到的(de)理(li)(li)論知識與實(shi)際工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作相差巨大(da)。基于(yu)對檢測工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)執(zhi)著,吳志鴻(hong)靜(jing)下(xia)心(xin)來虛心(xin)向(xiang)老前輩(bei)請教,不厭(yan)其煩地進(jin)行試驗(yan),不斷積累(lei)分析(xi)經驗(yan),結(jie)合(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)到的(de)理(li)(li)論知識,應用到工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)檢測工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)。正(zheng)所(suo)謂辛勤的(de)耕耘必(bi)有(you)收(shou)獲(huo),努力的(de)付出總有(you)回報,吳志鴻(hong)在(zai)自(zi)治區(qu)舉辦的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)分析(xi)員職業技(ji)能競賽中(zhong)獲(huo)得第一名,先后獲(huo)得2013包頭市(shi)第一批(pi)“5512工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程”學(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)技(ji)術(shu)帶(dai)頭人(ren)稱(cheng)號(hao)、“內蒙古(gu)自(zi)治區(qu)五(wu)一勞動獎(jiang)章(zhang)(zhang)”“包頭工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠”“鹿城英才(cai)”“全區(qu)技(ji)術(shu)能手”等榮(rong)譽稱(cheng)號(hao)。以吳志鴻(hong)為(wei)負責(ze)人(ren)的(de)“吳志鴻(hong)創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作室”2020年(nian)獲(huo)包頭市(shi)“五(wu)一女職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)兵(bing)崗(gang)(gang)”;內蒙古(gu)自(zi)治區(qu)“五(wu)一巾(jin)(jin)幗標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)兵(bing)崗(gang)(gang)”。近(jin)期(qi),在(zai)中(zhong)華全國(guo)(guo)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會下(xia)發(fa)的(de)關于(yu)表彰全國(guo)(guo)五(wu)一巾(jin)(jin)幗獎(jiang)狀(獎(jiang)章(zhang)(zhang))、全國(guo)(guo)五(wu)一巾(jin)(jin)幗標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)兵(bing)崗(gang)(gang)(標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)兵(bing))的(de)決(jue)定中(zhong),吳志鴻(hong)榮(rong)獲(huo)全國(guo)(guo)五(wu)一巾(jin)(jin)幗標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)兵(bing)。

  潛心專研,發揚工匠精神

  多年來,吳志鴻在本職崗位上(shang)精益(yi)求(qiu)精,潛心專研(yan),認真(zhen)學(xue)習(xi)業務(wu)知識,主動深入生產一線(xian),收集化(hua)學(xue)分(fen)析(xi)需求(qiu)信息,充分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)在化(hua)學(xue)分(fen)析(xi)領域的優勢(shi),完成了(le)多個(ge)化(hua)學(xue)方面(mian)基礎科研(yan)項(xiang)目,解決了(le)多項(xiang)化(hua)學(xue)分(fen)析(xi)難(nan)題。

  國(guo)防(fang)科工局(ju)(ju)項(xiang)目(mu)。吳志鴻作(zuo)為技術(shu)負責(ze)人承擔的(de)國(guo)防(fang)科工局(ju)(ju)技術(shu)基礎科研“超高(gao)強度(du)炮(pao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)標準(zhun)(zhun)物(wu)質的(de)研制”項(xiang)目(mu)于2012年12月完成(cheng),2013年通過(guo)國(guo)防(fang)科工局(ju)(ju)組(zu)織的(de)驗收。項(xiang)目(mu)研制的(de)四(si)種常(chang)用炮(pao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)標準(zhun)(zhun)物(wu)質,解決了(le)(le)(le)冶煉(lian)炮(pao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)無專用標準(zhun)(zhun)物(wu)質的(de)問題,實現了(le)(le)(le)冶煉(lian)相應鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)種時對儀器分析結(jie)果的(de)準(zhun)(zhun)確修正,提高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)分析速度(du),保證了(le)(le)(le)爐前化學成(cheng)分監控數(shu)據的(de)準(zhun)(zhun)確,提高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)冶煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)種的(de)命中率。

  攻堅克難,創新創效碩果累累

  基于她(ta)刻(ke)苦專研(yan)(yan)(yan),對工(gong)(gong)作認(ren)真負責,精(jing)益求(qiu)精(jing)的(de)(de)態度,近(jin)年(nian)來(lai),她(ta)所承擔的(de)(de)項(xiang)(xiang)目多次獲得獎勵,同時為(wei)公司創造了一定的(de)(de)社會和經(jing)濟(ji)效益。2015年(nian),承擔的(de)(de)國防科(ke)工(gong)(gong)局技術(shu)基礎(chu)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)項(xiang)(xiang)目“超高強(qiang)度炮鋼標(biao)準物質的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)制”獲中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國兵器工(gong)(gong)業(ye)集(ji)團科(ke)學技術(shu)進(jin)步(bu)獎二等(deng)獎;2016年(nian),“煉鋼爐渣化(hua)學成(cheng)分(fen)(fen)檢(jian)測方(fang)法(fa)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究”獲北重集(ji)團企業(ye)技術(shu)進(jin)步(bu)獎二等(deng)獎;2017年(nian)至(zhi)2020年(nian)“炮鋼及渣樣(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)稀土元(yuan)素翻鈰含(han)量的(de)(de)檢(jian)測方(fang)法(fa)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究”“鉬鐵(tie)、鉻鐵(tie)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)痕量元(yuan)素等(deng)離子(zi)光譜(pu)分(fen)(fen)析方(fang)法(fa)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究”“特種金屬材(cai)料等(deng)離子(zi)光譜(pu)分(fen)(fen)析樣(yang)品處理方(fang)法(fa)標(biao)準化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究”獲北重集(ji)團企業(ye)技術(shu)進(jin)步(bu)三等(deng)獎;近(jin)年(nian)來(lai)申報專利8項(xiang)(xiang),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國防發明專利“35CrNi3Mo標(biao)準物質”已授(shou)權(quan);實用(yong)新型專利“一種氣體分(fen)(fen)析試樣(yang)加工(gong)(gong)夾具”“拉伸(shen)試樣(yang)加工(gong)(gong)夾具”“提高高溫拉伸(shen)試樣(yang)成(cheng)品率的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)裝”已授(shou)權(quan)。

  吳志(zhi)鴻通過總結(jie)多年的(de)分析經(jing)驗,撰寫論文10余(yu)篇(pian)發表(biao),重(zhong)鉻酸(suan)鉀滴定(ding)法快(kuai)速測定(ding)爐(lu)渣中的(de)氧化亞鐵含量》等14篇(pian)論文先后獲北重(zhong)集團(tuan)優秀論文獎(jiang)。

  傳道授業,培訓高技能人才

  培養(yang)新人是(shi)企業(ye)發展壯大的基本保(bao)障(zhang),對(dui)年(nian)輕人的傳幫帶也是(shi)保(bao)證實驗室(shi)(shi)正常有序發展的需(xu)要。吳志鴻注(zhu)重(zhong)對(dui)技術(shu)人才的培養(yang)工作(zuo),從取樣(yang)(yang)注(zhu)意事項、到化學分析(xi)流(liu)程、樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)制備方法、濕法分析(xi)操作(zuo)細節、油品(pin)分析(xi)步驟、實驗室(shi)(shi)管理相關要求,對(dui)化學室(shi)(shi)的年(nian)輕人進行(xing)培訓的同時,也對(dui)日(ri)常工作(zuo)時碰到的技術(shu)問題進行(xing)討論,提(ti)升化學室(shi)(shi)整體(ti)水平。

  吳志鴻(hong)以創新(xin)工作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)為依托,通過(guo)言(yan)傳身教(jiao)、悉心指導,將積累的(de)(de)分析經驗傳授給年(nian)(nian)輕人,讓年(nian)(nian)輕人少走(zou)彎路,盡(jin)快成(cheng)長。她(ta)按年(nian)(nian)輕人需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)(de)迫切程度每周制(zhi)定相應的(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun)計劃,每天培(pei)訓(xun)一(yi)個(ge)知識點,培(pei)訓(xun)的(de)(de)同時,也(ye)對日常工作(zuo)中遇到的(de)(de)技術(shu)問題進行(xing)研(yan)究討論(lun),提升工作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)整體水平。在加強(qiang)培(pei)訓(xun)的(de)(de)同時,她(ta)結(jie)合承擔(dan)的(de)(de)基礎科研(yan)項(xiang)目,把科研(yan)技術(shu)攻關與人才(cai)培(pei)養融為一(yi)體,同步提升水平。現在,工作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)年(nian)(nian)輕人已能熟練完(wan)成(cheng)基本的(de)(de)生(sheng)產任務(wu),并且能夠承擔(dan)科研(yan)項(xiang)目的(de)(de)相關工作(zuo)。

  創新(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)依(yi)托導師帶(dai)徒、高技(ji)(ji)能演示等方(fang)式向(xiang)年(nian)輕人(ren)(ren)傳授技(ji)(ji)術(shu)經(jing)驗,幫助年(nian)輕人(ren)(ren)掌握新(xin)的化學檢測理論和(he)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),只有(you)不(bu)斷地積累(lei)經(jing)驗,將(jiang)量(liang)變轉(zhuan)化為(wei)質變,才能逐步提(ti)高工(gong)作(zuo)水平。近年(nian)來工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)培養的年(nian)輕人(ren)(ren)有(you)2人(ren)(ren)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)職稱由初(chu)級晉升為(wei)中級,有(you)3人(ren)(ren)通過(guo)國(guo)防二(er)緞(duan)計量(liang)檢定員資格(ge)4個項目(mu)的考核,還有(you)2人(ren)(ren)成為(wei)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專家,并升任(ren)專業分室(shi)主任(ren)。

  吳志鴻,專注化學分析工作(zuo)26年,將工作(zuo)當成事業來做,“把(ba)它做好并做到(dao)極(ji)致,不斷探索新技術,研究新方(fang)法,把(ba)基礎應用到(dao)實(shi)踐(jian)當中(zhong)”,這是吳志鴻對工匠精神的(de)詮釋。
