為充分吸取近(jin)年(nian)來各類(lei)(lei)事故(gu)教訓,銀光集(ji)團組(zu)織人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)對2013年(nian)至今(jin)各類(lei)(lei)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)事故(gu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了收集(ji)整理,組(zu)織編制了《2013-2020年(nian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)事故(gu)案(an)例匯(hui)編》,逐步分發(fa)至各分子(zi)公司(si)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)學習,深(shen)刻吸取教訓,切實引以為戒。各分子(zi)公司(si)結合作(zuo)(zuo)業場所全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)過程安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)風險(xian)再辨(bian)識(shi)、再評估工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),廣泛發(fa)動(dong)(dong)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong),開(kai)展“安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)啄(zhuo)木鳥”“企業風險(xian)掃(sao)描儀”“隱患(huan)排(pai)查(cha)顯微鏡”“安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)合理化建(jian)議(yi)”等(deng)活動(dong)(dong),推動(dong)(dong)對重點場所、關鍵環(huan)節安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)風險(xian)隱患(huan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面深(shen)入(ru)排(pai)查(cha)整治,從(cong)源頭上防(fang)范生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)事故(gu)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。建(jian)立問(wen)題(ti)分析(xi)曝光長效機制,從(cong)本年(nian)度“安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)月”開(kai)始,每(mei)月安(an)排(pai)1-2名專(zhuan)職安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)對上述問(wen)題(ti)追(zhui)根溯源并開(kai)展分析(xi)曝光會議(yi),提(ti)升專(zhuan)職安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)問(wen)題(ti)分析(xi)能力。
