抓好頂層設計, 突出企業文化建設的系統性 健全(quan)組(zu)織體系(xi)(xi)。公司(si)(si)成立了(le)(le)以董事長、黨(dang)委書記為組(zu)長的企業文化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)領(ling)導(dao)小組(zu)和(he)以職(zhi)能部門為主的企業文化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)辦公室,組(zu)建(jian)(jian)了(le)(le)100余(yu)人的企業文化(hua)聯絡員(yuan)隊伍。通過一系(xi)(xi)列的調(diao)整和(he)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),形(xing)成了(le)(le)公司(si)(si)領(ling)導(dao)決(jue)策(ce)設(she)(she)計、企業文化(hua)主管部門負責組(zu)織、各職(zhi)能部門分工(gong)落實、員(yuan)工(gong)廣泛參與的企業文化(hua)工(gong)作(zuo)體系(xi)(xi)和(he)上(shang)下互動、相互協調(diao)的長效(xiao)管理機制,為企業文化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)順利推進(jin)提供了(le)(le)保障。
