中國兵器工(gong)(gong)業(ye)甘(gan)肅銀光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)集(ji)團(tuan)有限(xian)公(gong)司PVC廠強化(hua)(hua)(hua)全員(yuan)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)意識,引導(dao)廣大員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)從全價值(zhi)鏈體(ti)系化(hua)(hua)(hua)精益管(guan)理(li)戰(zhan)略各環(huan)節(jie)入手摳(kou)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)增效(xiao)益。他們(men)從原材料入廠、工(gong)(gong)藝優化(hua)(hua)(hua)、設(she)備管(guan)理(li)等方面(mian)著手,落(luo)實責任(ren)解決問題,突出工(gong)(gong)藝指(zhi)標優化(hua)(hua)(hua),持(chi)續強化(hua)(hua)(hua)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)控制,加強各級(ji)人員(yuan)考核,提質增效(xiao)取(qu)得明顯成(cheng)效(xiao)。1至(zhi)10月底,產量同(tong)比(bi)增加9.8%,考核成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)同(tong)比(bi)下降6.5%。 實行多點取(qu)樣抽檢(jian),嚴把原料入廠關。按照(zhao)標準檢(jian)查(cha)每車電石,嚴格(ge)控制灰分、雜質(zhi),確保電石發氣量(liang)達到控制指標,對不合格(ge)品實行退貨處(chu)理,控制生產成本。 加強(qiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)制(zhi),以工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)優化降(jiang)低生(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)。按工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)建立28個關鍵工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)安(an)(an)全巡檢(jian)(jian)點(dian),由(you)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)技術專責、工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)技術科長(chang)及管理(li)(li)技術的(de)中層管理(li)(li)人員實(shi)行(xing)3級巡回檢(jian)(jian)查制(zhi)度,以提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)安(an)(an)全監控(kong)。同(tong)時,規范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)監督檢(jian)(jian)查標準(zhun),加大監督檢(jian)(jian)查力度,強(qiang)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)異常管理(li)(li),保(bao)證(zheng)了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)平穩(wen)運行(xing)。在穩(wen)定生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)前提(ti)(ti)下(xia),該單位(wei)將(jiang)加強(qiang)設備的(de)預檢(jian)(jian)預修,保(bao)持穩(wen)定高(gao)(gao)負荷運行(xing)作(zuo)為(wei)降(jiang)本(ben)增效的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)抓手,以高(gao)(gao)負荷、高(gao)(gao)產(chan)量(liang)降(jiang)低生(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)。編制(zhi)完善設備操(cao)作(zuo)規程及維護保(bao)養手冊,組織崗位(wei)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)開展設備操(cao)作(zuo)培訓(xun),提(ti)(ti)升一線操(cao)作(zuo)人員業務能(neng)力。截至目(mu)前,今年共有7個月產(chan)量(liang)均超過(guo)1萬噸(dun),開創了(le)PVC產(chan)品高(gao)(gao)產(chan)穩(wen)產(chan)歷(li)史最(zui)好水平,有效控(kong)制(zhi)了(le)噸(dun)產(chan)品成(cheng)本(ben)。 加(jia)大(da)技改(gai)、安措、環措等項目(mu)實施力(li)度,進一步(bu)優化(hua)生(sheng)產工藝,提(ti)升生(sheng)產線的控(kong)制能力(li),有(you)效降低生(sheng)產消耗。今年(nian)以(yi)來(lai),他們改(gai)造變壓吸附裝置,根據精餾尾氣各組(zu)(zu)分含量重新選擇(ze)吸附劑類型(xing),提(ti)高尾氣中(zhong)有(you)效組(zu)(zu)分回收效率(lv);選用功率(lv)大(da)的真空泵,不斷提(ti)高變壓吸附裝置的運行效率(lv)。同(tong)時更新酸霧捕集器(qi)、加(jia)裝4臺觸媒轉化(hua)器(qi)、新增(zeng)助劑配置槽(cao)和廢水汽(qi)提(ti)塔。目(mu)前,以(yi)上項目(mu)陸(lu)續進入調試運行。(王安怡 陳烈峰) |
